ACAMO PROJECT

Abandoned Children and Marginalized Orphans (ACAMO)
ACAMO is an acronym that stands for Abandoned Children and Marginalized Orphans. Abandoned children and marginalized orphans need immediate access to four components of human needs: physical (medical care, food, shelters), emotional (comforts, care, affections), spiritual (knowing God), and educational needs (schooling and training). We find foster carers who will act as parents or guardians. People can also adopt a child or orphan. Many children in Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan require immediate basic necessities as well as parental love and care. Through the ACAMO Project, we provide discarded babies and marginalized orphans with unmet human needs such as food, medical care, and a permanent home in order for them to survive and succeed in life.
